Some introductory offers are here today and gone tomorrow. Well, we're a bit more committed to our customers than that. We want you to join us for all the right reasons, and to stay for them too.
Get an introductory offer that goes on and on
Take out an Egg Card and you'll get 0% interest on balance transfers until 1 September 2009. The transfer must be put on your Account before 1 October 2008 and for each balance transfer made you will pay a handling fee of 3%. You'll also get 0% on new purchases until 1 October 2008. You'll pay your then current standard variable rate on those balance transfers from 2 September 2009 and on purchases from 2 October 2008. Then, in the anniversary month your account was opened:
- For applications made after 1 January 2008, you'll get our 0% offer again for up to five months on balances transferred in the anniversary month in 2010 and 2011.
- For applications made between 1 April 2007 and 31 December 2007, you'll get our 0% offer again for up to five months on balances transferred in the anniversary month in 2009 and 2010.
- For applications made between 1 January 2007 and 31 March 2007, you'll get our 0% offer again for up to five months on balances transferred in the anniversary month every year until 2009.
- For applications made between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2006, you'll get our 0% offer again for up to five months on balances transferred in the anniversary month every year until 2008.
- For applications made between 1 January 2005 and 31 December 2005, you'll get our 0% offer again for up to five months on balances transferred in the anniversary month every year until 2007.
There is a handling fee of 2.5% of the amount of each balance transfer made under the anniversary offer.
Introductory or promotional rates are subject to you making your required monthly payments on time and keeping within your credit limit. If you fail to do so, we may charge the standard variable annual rate for the relevant transactions instead of the introductory or promotional rate.
