		Have a look at the checklist on the right to make sure you're all ready to go. All you need to do is 'log in' and we'll automatically download a password safe onto your PC. The password safe is a small file (ActiveX component) held on your PC. It's where the security log in details for your other bank accounts are held. We'll then guide you through adding your accounts. To create your password safe you'll need to download our ActiveX component. ActiveX is a technology developed by Microsoft allowing small pieces of software, or 'components' to be downloaded to your computer. These then allow your browser to use more interactive web content. Because your browser settings and virus/firewall software can affect downloading the ActiveX component you need to follow these simple instructions: Accept any download confirmations that appear. Then if a 'sorry' message appears, check your screen for other messages from your pop-up blocking software. By selecting 'log in' you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
