Here are the details of the charges that we will make if you use any of the services listed on this page.

If we fill out a questionnaire from another lender about your mortgage with us.

We will be asked to do this if you apply for a second mortgage from another lender. We will need the fee before we reply to them.

If we supply a mortgage reference for another lender.

This is to cover our costs if we are asked for details of how you have conducted your mortgage with us.

If we give you permission to sell some of the land the mortgage is for£75
If we give you permission to let your property.

We will also charge an additional 1% interest on your mortgage while the property is let.

This is to cover the cost of retrieving and copying the document.

All charges and fees are regarded as payable for servicing of a loan and will be debited automatically to your mortgage account when we receive your request.

We may change any of our current administration fees or charges to reflect what we reasonably estimate to be representative of the cost to us of providing the service for which we make the charge. We will send you a new notice of administration charges and fees each year, if there have been any changes. We will normally give you not less that 14 days prior notice of any material change or addition.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
