		To activate a new Egg Card you'll need your card number to hand. You'll be presented with the following options during activation: Add a second cardholder. For just £29 a year, you could protect all your cards against loss, theft and fraudulent use. If you lose your wallet, all it takes is one free phone call to cancel your cards and order replacements. One policy can cover up to five people at the same address, at no extra charge. Balance transfers. Transfer credit and store card balances as well as loan and overdraft balances.
