SafeOnline works on top of any anti-virus software and alongside all other security products you already have on your computer. However, unlike your anti-virus software, it is designed to protect your log in details like your username and password, and personal information like your name and bank account details.
SafeOnline protects you in three ways:- It helps to ensure the websites you visit are genuine and makes sure they're not phishing websites.
- It can help to ensure the log in information you enter is meant for the website you're entering it into.
- It helps protect your personal information, even when there's malicious software running on your computer.
SafeOnline takes just seconds to install, and once you've installed it, you can just leave it running in the background as it updates automatically so you can stay protected against the latest threats.

Supported operating systems: Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, Windows 7, 32 or 64-bit. Mac operating systems will be supported in the near future. Supported browsers: Internet Explorer (versions: 5/6/7/8), Mozilla Firefox (versions: 1/2/3), Google Chrome (versions: 2/3/4), Opera (versions: 9/10).
For best performance we would recommend at the least the following:
- 10MB of free hard disk space.
- 128MB of RAM.
- Intel Pentium/Celeron family, or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family, or compatible processor recommended.
