We've changed the supplier of our travel insurance from AXA Insurance to ACE European Group Limited.

If you took out travel insurance before 1 September 2009, your policy is underwritten by AXA. If you've got a query or need to make a change to your policy, you can contact AXA on 08451 222 888.

They're open Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, Saturdays, 9am to 6pm, and Sundays, 10am to 2pm.
