Active fraud monitoring We're vigorous when it comes to monitoring your accounts and on the look out for any suspicious activity or anything out of the ordinary. And should you ever fall victim to fraud on your Egg Card, you can rest safe in the knowledge that you'll have a dedicated case manager to help you through the whole process and to explain what's happened and how it can be avoided in the future. Cash advances If you're new to Egg there's a fee of 3% of the cash advance (with a minimum fee of £3). However, if you're already an Egg customer when you apply for an Egg Card, you won't be charged the cash advance fee. Interest is charged from the day the cash advance is made.

Paper statement You can request a paper statement. We charge a fee of £2 per statement for this service.

Repayments Your monthly repayments are taken by Direct Debit from your bank account. The minimum payment is the full outstanding balance if less than £5, but otherwise the greater of (1) £5 or (2) 2% of the Revolving Balance or (3) interest plus repayment protection premium; plus £5 or 2% of each Transferred Balance.

Credit limit The minimum credit limit we offer is £500.
Introductory or promotional rates are subject to you making your required monthly payments on time and keeping within your credit limit. If you fail to do so, we may charge the standard variable annual rate for the relevant transactions
instead of the introductory or promotional rate.
