Cards get lost or damaged from time to time, so you may need to replace them. It's easy to do this online:
  1. Log in to 'your accounts'.
  2. From the 'Your money' screen, click on the 'view' link next to your Egg Card account summary - this will take you to the 'Egg Card recent transactions' page.
  3. From the navigation links on the left hand side of the screen, click on 'Egg Card admin'.
  4. In the centre of the screen, under Egg Card options, there will be a link to 'Order a replacement card'. Click this link and then follow the simple on-screen instructions.
  5. We'll then confirm receipt of your request and let you know when you can expect your new card to arrive.
