Cards get lost or damaged from time to time, so you may need to replace them. It's easy to do this online:
- Log in to 'your accounts'.
- From the 'Your money' screen, click on the 'view' link next to your Egg Card account summary - this will take you to the 'Egg Card recent transactions' page.
- From the navigation links on the left hand side of the screen, click on 'Egg Card admin'.
- In the centre of the screen, under Egg Card options, there will be a link to 'Order a replacement card'. Click this link and then follow the simple on-screen instructions.
- We'll then confirm receipt of your request and let you know when you can expect your new card to arrive.
