We understand your financial needs are likely to change. Therefore, we make it simple and straightforward for you to ask us to increase or decrease your credit limit:
- Log in to 'your accounts'.
- From the 'Your money' screen, click on the 'view' link next to your Egg Card account summary - this will take you to the 'Egg Card recent transactions' page.
- From the navigation links on the left hand side of the screen, click on 'Request credit limit'.
- Your card details will be displayed on screen, along with your existing credit limit. To request a new credit limit enter the amount you would like to request in the 'preferred new credit limit' box. You can request a credit limit that is greater or less than your existing limit. The minimum credit limit we offer is £500.
- To help us assess your request for a new credit limit we also ask you to specify your gross annual income.
- When you're happy with the details you've entered, click on the 'submit' button to send your request through for review by Egg.
- We will then confirm receipt of your request and tell you how we will let you know about our decision.
