Your last 12 month's statements are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To see your statements simply follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to 'your accounts' and you'll see your Egg Card balance.
  2. Select the 'view' option and you'll be taken to your recent transactions.
  3. From here you can choose which of your past statements you'd like to view. You'll also be given the option to print them.
If you would like to be sent paper copies of statements by post for the past 12 months or for before that, you can request these by following the instructions below. There is a £2 charge per statement (maximum £10) for this service.

Simply print out an Information request form, complete it and send it to the address on the form along with payment.

If you are blind or visually impaired we can arrange to send you your statement in the following formats:

  • Large print

  • Audio

  • Braille

All you need to do is send us a secure message via the Egg website or call us on 08451 233 233 and tell us what your requirements are. Each month after that, you'll receive your statement through the post automatically, at no extra charge.
