		If you have suffered a death in your family, and you think the deceased had any accounts with Egg, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Write to us So we can get things sorted out as quickly as we can, we need you to send us a copy of the death certificate, explaining your relationship with the deceased, and your contact and address details. Once we've heard from you with the copy of the death certificate, we'll get back to you within seven to ten working days to confirm receipt and to explain what happens next. Every case is different so we can't tell you exactly how long it will take, but will work with you to sort things out as quickly as possible.
