A dedicated Relationship Manager
Right at the heart of all your dealings with Citigold will be your Relationship Manager, who will be your key to getting the most out of Citigold. They can offer a personal level of service and are supported by a team of professionals including Investment Consultants and independent mortgage advisers.
The Citigold account
With an impressive range of worldwide features, Citigold makes multi-currency banking easier to manage wherever you are in the world. The Citigold Servicing Team are available around the clock to help you manage your day-to-day banking on the phone. So wherever you are in the world and whenever you need us we're always there to help. Plus with the Citigold VISA debit card you can make purchases and cash withdrawals worldwide.
Wealth Management
You'll be introduced to one of our Citigold Investment Consultants who work with you to create a bespoke portfolio, built to accommodate your goals and investment objectives. Citigold investment recommendations are always completely impartial, so you can be confident that we've scoured the whole market for the products and solutions that suit you best.
Lifestyle benefits
Membership to the Citigold Concierge Service - whether it's last-minute tickets to a sold-out show in London, airport transfers in Hong Kong or a table for six in New York, the team can usually arrange it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Insurance benefits
A range of protection benefits are included as standard - including worldwide annual holiday travel insurance, identity theft protection, cover for your cards and wallet, and protection for many of your purchases made with your Citigold debit card.
Joining Citigold
If you meet any one or more of the following, you're invited to join the select world of Citigold with no monthly fee:
- Credit your Citigold Current Account with at least £5,000 per month and have a minimum of two Direct Debits paid from that account; or
- Maintain a minimum average monthly balance of £50,000 (or currency equivalent) across all accounts you hold with Citibank International plc; or
- Hold an investment of at least £25,000 with Citibank International plc; or
- Have an account with Citibank International Personal Bank in London or Jersey.
If you don't meet one of the above joining criteria, but would still like to benefit from Citigold, a monthly relationship fee of £25 will apply.
